Today I made some Custard Tarts. I’ve never tried them before, so I decided to give them a go.
These were very fun to make. It’s not a hard pastry to make. I didn’t use a food processor.
Just rub the butter and flour mixture between your fingers. Takes longer but does the trick fine.
Nothing wrong with getting your hands a little dirty. I only had two leak a little whilst baking,
but they are fine. The recipe makes 6 in total, depending on the size of tart tins you use.
Now to eating them! Yummo
